Order Cancellation
All orders can be canceled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to change or cancel it, you must contact us within 12 hours before we ship your package. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be canceled.
Returns
You have 24 hours from the date of delivery to initiate a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

Exchanges

At this time, we don’t offer exchanges. If you’re unsure which Specs would fit better, check out our product description section —we have one for every item listed in our store.

Though rare, It’s possible that an item you ordered was mislabelled. If that’s the case, please Contact us within 12 hours of receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the mislabeled item, and we’ll send you a new one, or issue a refund!
Refunds
